For my Birthday this year my mom bought me paint for my house!!! I have been wanting to get rid of our boring white walls ever since we moved in over three years ago! Well, we finally did it! we spend a good three days moving furniture and decorations, taping, painting, and touching up corners! (we have rounded corners were we had two colors meet and it took forever to get a straight line.) it was more work than i thought it was going to be! We still have to fix some areas were the walls and ceiling meet, and i haven't finished putting up my decorations yet, but i'm just glad the white walls are gone!

up this stair way is a massive wall that goes up about 20 ft.
we still haven't finished it yet because we ran out of paint and didn't go buy more.
so now we have a half painted wall up our stairs... its pretty!
we did two different colors in the kitchen/living room,
macadamia nut and dark toast.
my mom really was the best painter! she has mad skills with a paint brush!
here are we exhausted after a hard days work, house in shambles,
dirty, gross, and covered in paint!

yes i need to!!! i just haven't put up all the decor on the walls so i wanted it to look good. i was waiting for shannon to help me cause i struggle with decorating :)
It looks like a really pretty color! That would be a lot of work. I wish we could paint our walls but we have to stick with boring until we buy a place...
